The 19th WRIB (Workshops on Recent Issues in Bioanalysis) will be built on the success of the previous meetings, especially the 18th WRIB where over 1100 professionals (in person and remote) representing pharma/biotech companies, CROs, and multiple regulatory agencies convened to discuss current topics of interest in bioanalysis. High Quality, better compliance to regulations and scientific excellence have always been the foundations of WRIB.
We will be located at booth 44.

An Efficiency Quantification Method for Analyzing mRNA Drug Concentration in Mouse Blood and Tissue Samples
A method for directly analyzing the mRNA drug in the mouse samples was discussed. With this method, the mRNA drug's concentration can be obtained basing the unit pg/mL or pg/g, instead of the pg/µg total RNA. The efficiency for mRNA drugs PK profile and tissue distribution data regression for different timepoint or tissues, or cross the studies, was significant improved.
