Posters Overview
Cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7])–PEG conjugate is comprised of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and a discrete macrocyclic host (CB[7]) (marketing available) with a cavity that is selective for complementary binding to certain guest ligands, offers several advantages, including improved drug solubilization, prolonged circulation, reduced immunogenicity, increase stability, controlled release and enhanced safety. To avoid potential tissue toxicity caused by high accumulation of PEGs after long-term administration, full understanding of the related pharmacokinetic behavior of the conjugate is significant in evaluating of the overall safety.
