It is critical to investigate the metabolic fate of PEGylated lipid in vitro and in vivo according to guidelines from authorities. However, intrinsic mixture properties present challenges for their biotransformation studies. In this study, we established a workflow for biotransformation assessment of PEGylated lipid using LC-orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS).
